As a part of our activities on providing technical assistance to the students of CEC, a class on PIC microcontroller was conducted for the 5thsemester A & B batch students on the 3rd & 4th of August,2010.

PIC is a family of harvard architecture microcontrollers made by Microchip Technology, derived from the PIC1640 originally developed by General Instrument’s Microelectronics Division. The name PIC initially referred to “Programmable Interface Controller”.

Sachin Francis,2011 EC took the class which was conducted separately for the two batches 35 & 22 students attended from both the batches respectively.The timings were from 4.00-5.30 pm.
