Recent updates at CEC are:

.

• Principal Prof. (Dr.) V P Devassia has been promoted to the post of Additional Director of IHRD. He will continue to be the Principal of CEC, too.

• Works of College building is in its final level. As for now, it’s hoped that it’ll be complete by June, 2011.

• M.Tech First Semester Examinations announced.

• Open auditorium by CEC PTA 2009-10 is now open. Inauguration was conducted two months ago.

• Suraj Foundation Awards for the Financially Poor-Academically sound students (7 students in this academic year) were distributed by the Principal on 5th January, 2011 (Rs. 4300/- each). This is a joint venture of CEC Ongoing students and alumni (This year’s fund was contributed by CEC 2009 batch)

• Placements by CTS for 2011 batch. 78 students were placed in the drive, from CEC. (visit: http://placements.ceconline.edu for details)

• Off-campus placement by PATNI (at RET) – 14 placed from 2011 batch.

• Placement training by CEC TPC and Alumni Association collected great remarks and effects on students.
