A One day Workshop on ‘PIC Microcontroller’ was conducted by the Project Design and Development Center (PRODDEC) on 26th January, 2011 .Sachin Francis (CEC 2011 EC) lead the workshop, which was attended by 25 students from semester 6. The workshop was held to help them with their ongoing mini project work and to help them improve their programming skills.

Software’s such as Mikro C and Proteus were familiarized during the workshop and on how effectively to us them. Students learned about microcontrollers, developed programs for various purposes, burned them to the controller and practically observed the outputs.
