The National Blood Donation Day falls of the 1st of October. The day is observed in CEC in a lecture talk, and an awareness to the CECians about the benefits and need of blood donation.

.

The programme is scheduled to start at 9:00am at the college Auditorium, inaugurated by the Principal. The talk will be handled by Dr. Chacko of the Century Hospital,Chengannur. Following this, about 20 students from our college will be visiting the Century Hospital for blood donation, in relation to the occasion.

.

And we are glad to announce that CEC has been rewarded for its services in the field of blood donation, and a prize will be given to CEC NSS at Alappuzha, in this regard. Mr. Ashes of the 2011 batch will leave for Alappuzha to collect the same and represent CEC there.
